We gently air dry at low temperatures, preserving the flavor, color, and aroma of the plant while using minimal energy. We sift the herbs by hand to keep the plants as whole as possible to reduce oxidation, which is a process of degradation. Therefore, this product may contain some stems and may require some sorting. Dried herbs and flowers can maintain quality for up to three years.
