Bergamot flowers are an aromatic and spicy edible flower. The Bergamot plant is in the mint family and is also known as Bee Balm. Violet blooms that are great for seasoning blends, tea, salads, as well as craft making supplies. This item is also perfect for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, etc. You will receive whole flowers as well as loose petals.

Our organic herbs and flowers are carefully hand harvested in their prime, when they taste their best, have the most nutritional value, and their essential oils are the most abundant. We gently air dry at low temperatures, preserving the flavor, color, and aroma of the plant while using minimal energy. We sift the herbs by hand to keep the plants as whole as possible to reduce oxidation, which is a process of degradation. Therefore, this product may contain some stems and may require some sorting. Dried herbs and flowers can maintain quality for up to three years.
